Leading the end-to-end PDLC for India’s first Vidya Samiksha Kendra in Gujarat, a pioneering initiative in EdTech, aligning with the vision of #EdTechForNayaBharat.
- Launched two state-wide scholarship management bots, serving over 1.5 million students across 60,000 government schools, ensuring a seamless and efficient scholarship application and monitoring process.
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive scholarship payment portal, streamlining monthly payouts for students based on attendance, and automating approval and rejection workflows to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Led the lifecycle management of 8+ platforms, including LMS, Child Tracking System (CTS), and native apps, collaborating with designers and a remote international engineering team to meet complex API requirements.
- Consistently achieved a CSAT score of 5 by delivering state-level projects on time, leveraging agile sprint planning for rapid feature customizations.
- Launched a Common Entrance Test (CET) bot for 46 Schools of Specialized Excellence in Gujarat, facilitating key processes such as hall ticket downloads, preference selection, school allocations, and admission confirmations with high efficiency.
- Revamped the Gujarat Government’s Child Tracking System (CTS) by adopting a user-centered and data-driven approach, significantly improving system robustness and elevating the user experience.
- Reduced bug resolution time from two months to just three days by implementing user-friendly forms and streamlined processes for live project management.

- Developed the onboarding feature on Samarth App for efficient identification and enrollment of children with special needs, complemented by a dashboard on the portal visualizing detailed demographics, leading to the successful enrollment of 150,000 children in the 2023-24 academic year.
- Created a feature on the Samarth App to track Unique Visits of Special Educators in schools to help children with special needs.

- Strengthened Fellow-Parent Community relations by arranging ration relief and vaccination drive for 30 students and their parents, impacting 30 families.
